the staff at Hotel Residence Des Arts are really wonderful and welcoming. the breakfast is really tasty and great, with a huge variety of food and beverages. 3. the hotel's central location is around a 10-15 minute walk from a Parisian isle.

The rooms were reasonably spacious and nicely furnished. The bathrooms were nice, and there was hot water available. The location was stunning and incredible, really close to the center of Paris. The surrounding area had many restaurants, cafes, and bars worth exploring. it was an excellent stay during my trip.

our valintines day stay at this lovely hotel was absolutely perfect. the staff went above and beyond to make our daughter's birthday special. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the Seine and Notre Dame. we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Paris.

Uncomfortable bed.

The location of this hotel was perfect, situated in the Latin Quarter near the river and close to several major tourist attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast provided in the room every morning was a nice touch.

I got great value for my money at Residence Des Arts. The room was spacious and warm, which was perfect for my November trip. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of St. Michele with easy access to the RER and Metro stations. Plus, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early.

Great gift upon arrival, and tasty breakfast. Outstanding location near all the popular attractions and the metro station. The room was well equipped, with a comfortable bed.

The noise was unbearable at night, not excellent for relaxation. The bathroom was not clean as we found some molds in the corners, and the shower was leaking badly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our junior suite at Residence des Arts. The room felt more like an apartment with its own microwave and mini-fridge. Despite being in the attic, the room was comfortable and even had a tiny lift. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Notre Dame, the metro, and the Louvre. Located in the Latin Quarter, our favorite locale in the heart of a vibrant area, this cozy hotel is just a stone's throw away from attractions like Norte Dame and museums. The room was spacious, comfortable, and super clean, with a stylish renovation. The bathroom was large and had a nice shower. The staff, especially Guillaume and Amy, were very helpful. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast served in the cozy reception area.

The elevator in the hotel is very small.
